Norah together with her brother and sister (Ephraim and Viola) lost their father and were later abandoned a year ago in a one roomed house by their 35 year old mother whose whereabouts are unknown.

They stay/live with their 68year old grandmother. The grandmother is hypertensive and hardly has any meaning income. Although she does petty business dealing in groceries she cannot afford school fees, so they are currently out of school.

Norah, like her siblings, is eager and very anxious to return to school if she is accorded an opportunity.
